It is very quiet, on the 3rd floor of the building which has a total of 5 floors. It has a French balcony. Only one person is allowed to live in the apartment. The rental price is a flat rate of €655 which includes all utility costs (electricity, heating, water and internet). Anmeldung available.

– Copy of identity card (both sides)
– Schufa report
– Certificate of freedom from rent debts
