The flat is for sublet for the months May and June.
The flat has a well equipped kitchen, big living room and also a spacious bedroom. You reach the latter through the living room, so it is not well suited for a shared flat, better for couples. There's everything you need, assuming you have normal needs :)

The rent is supposed to mean the monthy amount and would be broken down onto the period if you stay shorter. But you should be at least a month.
The location is in Sprengelkietz, an area in constant development and there are about 10 little restaurants just at your fingertips. Brüsseler Kietz also starts at the corner.
