Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, einem Schlafzimmer und einer großen Wohnküche. Sie ist 2020 frisch saniert worden und wird seitdem von mir und meinem Hund bewohnt. Das gesamte Mobiliar der Wohnung kann genutzt werden, inkl. Bettwäsche, Küchtenutensilien, Waschmaschine und abschließbarem Kellerabteil.

Die Wohnung ist Teil des aufwendig sanierten Gemeinschaftshauses des Dorfes Hobrechtsfelde, das im März 2020 von insgesamt circa 30 Leuten bezogen wurde.
Die Bewohner*innen können gemeinsam den wunderschönen Garten und Innenhof, sowie einen Gemeinschaftsraum und einen großen Saal benutzen. Gleichzeitig nehmen alle viel Rücksicht aufeinander, sodass jede*r Raum und Ruhe für absolute Privatsphäre hat.

Ich vermiete die Wohnung während meines Sabbaticals, in dem ich reisen werde. Meine Planzen freuen sich auf deine Gesellschaft und Pflege, du kannst dich auf eine schöne, saubere und aufgeräumte Wohnung im direkten Berliner Umland freuen.

The flat consists of a daylight bathroom with shower, a bedroom and a large eat-in kitchen. It was freshly renovated in 2020; my dog and I have lived there ever since. All the furniture in the flat can be used, including bed linen, kitchen utensils, washing machine and lockable cellar compartment.

The flat is part of the extensively renovated community house in the village of Hobrechtsfelde, which a total of around 30 people moved into in March 2020.
The residents can use the beautiful garden and courtyard together, as well as a common room and a large hall. At the same time, everyone is
very considerate of each other, so that everyone has space and peace for absolute privacy.

I am renting out the flat during my sabbatical, during which I will be travelling. My plants are looking forward to your company and care, you can look forward to a nice, clean and tidy flat in the immediate vicinity of Berlin.

Hobrechtsfelde liegt nur 1 km vor der nördlichen Stadtgrenze Berlins, je 3 bzw. 4 km von den S-Bahnhöfen Buch, Röntgental und Zepernick ( Linie S 2) und 18 km vom Alexanderplatz entfernt inmitten des Naturparks Barnim. Die Bushaltestelle "Hobrechtsfelde" (Linie 891) befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, da dieser jedoch nicht sehr häufig fährt, ist ein Auto oder Fahhrad sehr zu empfehlen. (Eventuell kann ich eins zur Verfügung stellen.)

Hobrechtsfelde is located just 1 km from the northern border of Berlin, 3 and 4 km from the Buch and Zepernick S-Bahn (both line S 2) stations and 18 km from Alexanderplatz in the middle of the Barnim Nature Park.
The bus stop "Hobrechtsfelde" (line 891) is right in front of the door, but as it does not run very frequently, a car or bicycle is highly recommended. (I may be able to provide one).
