Hallo,

ich vermiete ab sofort ein vollmöbliertes WG-Zimmer in zentraler Lage, 16qm, für 750,00 Euro pro Monat (alles inclusive) in netter 3er WG. Wenn du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen willst, dann kannst du das Zimmer auch unmöbliert übernehmen.

Ich suche einen Mitbewohner (in) ab 20, der längerfristig (mindestens ein Jahr) bei uns einziehen möchte.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert.

Ich bin berufstätig, meistens im Homeoffice, aber dennoch bleibt auch mal Zeit spätnachmittag oder am Wochenende in der WG was voneinander mitzubekommen.

Die typische Alt-Berliner-Wohnung am Rosenfelder Ring in Berlin Lichtenberg ist in direkter Nähe vom S-Bahnhof Friedrichsfelde Ost (3 Minuten zu Fuß) zur S5,7, 75 und 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom S+U Lichtenberg (Haltestelle: S+U Lichtenberg) Er ist Regionalbahnhof und S+U-Bahnhof zugleich. Vom Bahnhof fährst du S-Bahnen über Alexanderplatz und Friedrichstraße in ca. 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (neue Einbauküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine,

250 MB WLAN). Die Lage ist ruhig. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden (EDEKA ist 2min und Penny 10min zu Fuß entfernt). Nette Nachbarschaft und freundliche Umgebung .

Haustiere und Rauchern sind leider nicht erlaubt.

I am renting out a fully furnished room in a central location, 16 square metres, for 750.00 euros per month (all inclusive) in a nice shared flat for 3 people. If you want to bring your own furniture, you can also take over the room unfurnished.
I am looking for a someone over 20 who would like to move in with us for a longer period (at least one year).
The flat is newly renovated.
I work from home most of the time, but there is still time to catch up with each other in the flat share late in the afternoon or at the weekend.
The typical old Berlin flat on Rosenfelder Ring in Berlin Lichtenberg is in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichsfelde Ost S-Bahn station (3 minutes on foot) to the S5, 7, 75 and 10 minutes on foot from Lichtenberg S+U (stop: S+U Lichtenberg) It is a regional station and S+U station at the same time. From the station you can take the S-Bahn via Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße to the main station in about 20 minutes.
The flat is well equipped (new fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher,
250 MB WLAN). The location is quiet. Good shopping facilities are also available (EDEKA is 2min and Penny 10min walking distance). Nice neighbourhood and friendly environment.
