Ich vermiete meine helle, wunderschöne und wunderbar gelegene 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Berlin-Friedenau!

Ich werde für 2 Monate unterwegs sein, remote arbeiten und daher meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was mensch begehrt und darf selbstverständlich vollumfänglich benutzt werden.

Direkt beim Schillerplatz. 5 min Fußweg zur U3 (Rüdesheimer Platz) und U9 (Walther-Schreiber-Platz), 10 min zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle Bundesplatz (Ringbahn). Bioladen vor der Tür, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Schöneberg liegt direkt nebenan und zum nächsten Park zum Joggen, Spazieren oder Seele baumeln lassen, sind es mit dem Rad auch nur 5 Minuten.

All in all: Eher gediegene, ruhige und wunderschöne Ecke Berlins, die aber super angebunden ist, wenn man High-Life, Trubel und die Club-Nacht sucht.

A propos Party: Natürlich gerne, aber bitte nicht in meiner Wohnung! Selbiges gilt fürs Rauchen - draußen gerne, drinnen (das gilt auch für den Hausflur) ein No-Go. Dass ich einen respektvollen Umgang mit meiner Wohnung und der Einrichtung voraussetze, sollte selbstverständlich sein, ebenso, dass private Gegenstände, Unterlagen etc. tabu sind.

I rent my bright, beautiful and wonderfully located 3-room old building apartment in Berlin-Friedenau!

I will be on workation and have decided to offer my apartment for interim rent.

The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen equipped with (pretty much) everything that human desires and may of course be used fully.

5 min walk to the U3 (Rüdesheimer Platz) and U9 (Walther-Schreiber-Platz), 10 min to the S-Bahn stop Bundesplatz (Ringbahn). Organic store in front of the door, supermarket around the corner. Schöneberg is right next door and to the next park for jogging, walking or soul dangle, it is also only 5 minutes by bike.

All in all: Rather dignified, quiet and beautiful corner of Berlin, which is super connected, however, if you are looking for high life, hustle and bustle and the club night.

Speaking of parties: Yes please, but not in my apartment! The same goes for smoking - outside with pleasure, inside (this also applies to the hallway) a no-go. It should go without saying that I expect respectful treatment of my apartment and the furnishings, as well as that private items, documents, etc. are taboo.
