The apartment is on 6th floor and the Hasenbergl Süd bus stop is located at the doorstep. The local market such as Lidl and Aldi are 5 mins away. The nearest U-bahn Hasenbergl station is 8 mins by walk. The bus such as 170,171 and 60 are available from Hasenbergl Süd which can connect you to the nearest U-bahn and S-bahn stations. Below the house there is also Tedi and pack station if needed.
The WG is pretty well-maintained by 1 guy from Germany and 2 guys from India. All of them are working, so a perfect match for a working individual and a student. A cleaning schedule is maintained and followed by everyone in the flat. Since all are working, usually we spend some time together while cooking in the evening and share our daily life.
The apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a modern kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and TV for your entertainment. There is also a small dining area to enjoy your meals while watching TV. The apartment is always maintained clean. KVR is unfortunately not possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
